Finding the perfect VINEYARD VENUE for your wedding, celebration or business event is not easy. There are several thousand vineyards in California and approximately 500 have wineries. Out of those, a precious 150 will do public events of any type, and most will not do weddings. For those who want a vineyard venue, there are a variety of options and our services provide you with recommendations based on your desires, dreams, vision and what we know to be available.

Judith Rivers Moore, author and publisher knows who does the all inclusive, or has the romantic honeymoon suite, quaint Victorian and winery with art worth millions on the walls. She understands the vineyard's seasons, the weather, the rules, and who can get you into the private exclusive locations. She knows about the prices, the food and wines of the regions, the locations where two people can get married, artists may give performances, businesses can hold a team building event or a conference and golf tournament may be held and who has unique wine caves, barrel rooms or vistas from private estates for several hundred guests.

According to your explanation of what you desire, our service offers several fee based packages below. The fees do not include the price for the location or services. They are our recommendations based on your desires. If time and resources are valuable to you, you will find us an excellent starting point and there is no other service like us.

For Business, Social or Bridal ... Fees
#1. A list of 3 recommendations for each concern.... location, caterer, musicians, photographer, florist, hotel, local ground transportation, clergy. You do the calling and bookings. $200
#2. We outline our recommendations, schedule and confirm wedding and reception locations and clergy. $300
#3. We do the above plus schedule your celebration dinner and romantic honeymoon night(s). $400
#4. We outline, schedule and confirm your wedding ceremony and reception locations and clergy for 4-20 guests. $700
#5. We provide you with recommendation lists for Destination Event Managers or Wedding Consultants who are qualified professionals. $150
#6. Our specific Concierge Services include a list of fun things to do while in the area. $100
Our services do not include the fees for the locations or the event professionals and services you decide upon.
